Responsibilities
- Oversee cage operations; enforce all policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Supervise Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers; assist in staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members
- Reconcile daily cashier drawers and main bank accountability
- Handle guest complaints in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the guest and the company
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
- Minimum of two years' supervisory or management experience required.
- Cash handling experience required; ability to handle large amounts of money accurately.
- Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing.
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends as required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must able to bend and lift as needed.
- Gaming environment, noise levesl may be moderate-to-high.
