The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Warehouse Supervisors to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.

Responsibilities
- Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling.
- Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations.
- Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary.
- Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting.
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas.
- Oversee and set up machines and equipment for the commissary.
- Oversee the proper closing of assigned area.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
- Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required.
- Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Strong leadership skills; ability to delegate and coach others.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow job procedures and manager instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 pounds.
- Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift.
- Ability to work in a Warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season.
