The Opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Site Coordinator to support our Operations and Human Resources teams at Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. Our ideal Site Coordinator is skilled at managing administrative tasks, employee training and has strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Create and deliver associate training programs.
- Maintain training records and provide reports on activities as needed.
- Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up.
- Support the property in the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, participating in local workforce programs, interviewing candidates, making recommendations for hiring.
- Help associates with their onboarding and new hire paperwork and badging.
- Issue associate uniforms.
- Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a training administrator or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Oracle's PeopleSoft is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel.
- Ability to lift 30lbs.
