Industrial Automation Specialist Job Description

The Industrial Automation Specialist at Della Infotech, Inc. is responsible for providing technical support for production operations and leading complex maintenance activities. This includes working with a team to advance the overall maintenance department skill set through mentorship and training.

This position requires excellent industrial mechanical skills, good computer skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment with minimal instruction or supervision. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of skilled maintenance disciplines such as complex mechanical devices/systems, electrical controls, electronics, PLC programming and troubleshooting, sensors, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for production operations
• Lead complex maintenance activities
• Work with a team to advance the overall maintenance department skill set
• Troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment

Requirements:

• 2 years of technical training or 5 years related experience, required
• Advanced knowledge of one or more skilled maintenance disciplines
• Good computer skills
