Work You'll Do
- Work directly with leadership and subject matter experts to plan and implement visualization strategies associated to complex data sets, in support of analysis and decision making products.
- Apply techniques such as context, storytelling, motion, relationship correlations to tell powerful/compelling visual stories
- Create organizational brand and platforms that communicate with a variety of stakeholders at various levels within a complex national security environment.
- Define visualization standards across portfolios to reinforce messaging and engage audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Visualization, Graphic Design, Brand Marketing/Advertising, or related field plus 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience using visualization tools including, at minimum: Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Microsoft Office Suite; Data Visualization Libraries or Engines
- Experience with Adobe Premiere, Flash, Cinema 4D, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro
- Experience must include at least five of the following: brand experience, data visualization, graphical or video asset production, print/publication design, motion/video/audio production, information architecture, web or interactive design or graphical user interface design, wire framing or storyboarding, modeling and simulation
- Experience must include at least two of the following: brand development and management, design strategy, multimedia production, video direction, user experience design
- Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Annapolis Junction, MD
- Ability to travel 10 - 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- Master's Degree in Data Visualization, Graphic Design, Brand Marketing/Advertising, or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience pitching new projects and creative concepts to new and existing clients
