Responsibilities
- Install solid surface acrylic and laminate countertops accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and work orders
- Perform on-site fabrication, scribing, seam work, sanding, and finishing as needed
- Properly handle, transport, and install materials to prevent damage
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and job-site cleanliness
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and installation standards
- Proven experience installing solid surface acrylic countertops
- Strong knowledge of all types of laminate countertops
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Experience with seam setting, sanding, and finishing solid surface materials
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry countertops and materials up to 75 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
