About the Role
As a Medical Assistant (internal title is Clinical Research Coordinator), you’ll play a vital patient-facing role. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a positive and comfortable patient experience.
- Adhering to clinical trial protocols for patient visits.
- Facilitating patient recruitment and enrollment.
- Managing accurate and timely data entry for clinical visits.
- Serving as the primary contact for pharmaceutical sponsors and contract research organizations.
- Maintaining strong communication with physicians and ensuring they are informed about ongoing studies.
Qualifications
- Required: 1 years in a healthcare, clinical, or hospital setting.
- Highly Preferred: Clinical skills (e.g., phlebotomy, vitals).
- Preferred: B.S. or B.A., RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or similar qualifications.
- No remote or hybrid options; must be onsite Monday-Friday.
