What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource & Referral Associate position at Delta Health Alliance?
The R & R Site Associate will assist the Site Director with the operations of the resource and referral site and provide direct services to the public
MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree or three years experiences in a similar field of environment.
• Two years or more residence in the service area to be served preferred and must have a working knowledge of community resources
• Must have a valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and must provide personal vehicle to travel (if applicable to position.
Essential Duties:
• Assist the site director with the development, promotion and hosting of community events, training programs and workshops
• Provide support and a positive working relationship with DHA staff and partners.
• Communication with supervisors and staff to keep apprised of issues and status of assignments.
• Responsible for Lending Library
• Weekly activities developed with site director
• Data collection
• Other duties as assigned
