We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, multi-tasking, friendly, self-starting Customer Service Representative to work in our Delta Junction office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assume Customer Service Representative duties: interface directly with customers, greet clients, answer phones, route calls, and take messages as needed
- Set up and maintain customer records in QuickBooks and TrashFlow software systems.
- Keep open communication with dispatcher and drivers.
- Process customer billing and payments.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and in-person
- Coordinate activities with other regional/remote offices and departments as necessary
- Assist with project-related tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, proofreading, light copy editing, organizing electronic and hardcopy documents, and other document management tasks.
- Manage day-to-day office activities, including monitoring and maintaining office supply inventory, conducting routine clerical activities (filing, scanning documents, and copying), and coordination of office functions.
- Perform any and all additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Acrobat, and Outlook. Familiarity with QuickBooks and TrashFlow is a plus
- Desire to expand your contribution over time; we are looking for a “go-getter” who is excited to get involved with a growing company.
- Possess strong time management skills; be proactive, flexible and able to prioritize.
- Be organized and professional, have excellent writing and reporting skills. Attention to detail is essential.
- Must have exceptional knowledge of general office machines and software applications. A high level of discretion in dealing with confidential information is required.
