What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Sales Administrator position at Delta Power Company?
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues that might effect our customer's might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely excited to assist our customers. Customer Service representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. You need to be confident with problem solving and will need to investigate to determine if additional information is required to resolve our customers issues. The goa is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls/e-mails with OEM and distributor sales channels.
- Data entry of customer requirements.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools/methods.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Excel, Word and Outlook or similar programs.
- High school degree
