Salesforce Solution Architect (Hybrid - Franklin, TN)
Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)
Experience Level: 10 Years Total | 5 Years Salesforce
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to design and document comprehensive technology solutions that align with critical business objectives. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, providing guidance to development teams while ensuring all solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Define and document end-to-end architecture, maintaining architectural standards and best practices across the Salesforce platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to developers, supervise database design, and assist with complex configuration and integration mapping.
- Integration & Data Management: Lead integration strategies using SOAP/REST APIs and middleware solutions like Kafka or MuleSoft.
- Prototyping: Develop Proof of Concept (POC) projects to validate new architectures and innovative solutions.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical risks and vulnerabilities, implementing strategies to ensure project success and system security.
Required Technical Skills
- Salesforce Core: Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and API usage.
- Development Knowledge: Strong grasp of Apex Triggers, Platform Events, Queueable/Batch Jobs, and SOQL.
- Architecture Patterns: Proven experience in detailing business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow tools.
- Integration: Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and experience with middleware (MuleSoft, Kafka, etc.).
- Documentation: Ability to create high-quality technical design documents and architectural diagrams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years in Software Development/Systems Engineering, with at least 5 years of strong operational experience in Salesforce.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Arrangement & Residency
- Hybrid: Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week in Franklin, TN.
- Local Preference: Local candidates or those willing to relocate immediately are highly preferred.
