Overview
DeMatha Catholic High School is a college preparatory institution dedicated to educating young men in the Trinitarian tradition. DeMatha’s historic and ongoing mission is to serve students of differing abilities, interests, and backgrounds from the culturally rich and diverse greater Washington Metropolitan area.
DeMatha seeks a candidate with a strong science background to teach six sections of biology and/or chemistry and be eager to involve him or herself in the life of the school.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a competitive university or college with concentration in biology, chemistry, or related field (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Two years high school teaching experience (preferred)
- Master's degree in biology, chemistry, or related field (preferred)
- Secondary teaching licensure (preferred)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,720.00 per year
