Overview
The Manufacturing Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes at Den Hartog Industries, Inc. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities of employees and production in the manufacturing area.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain quality, safety, and company guidelines established for the area.
- Work closely with Plant Management to determine and administer accurate schedules for the area.
- Direct and administer proper set-up of all machinery, prior to beginning production runs.
- Assure that machines are started at designated times and supplies and materials are available.
- Trouble shoot and provide initial diagnostic assessment of production problems.
- Work with Quality Assurance to establish, monitor, and maintain quality standards.
- Train new employees on proper procedures and work requirements within the production area.
