Requirements

- Experience is essential
- Ability to problem solve
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred for leadership roles within the team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Must be able to manage time independently
- Must be able to report through out the day to your supervisor on tasks
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is beneficial but not required.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining high standards of work.
