What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dealership Service Manager position at Dena Motors?
Dena Motors is hiring an experienced dealership service manager who can work full-time and supervise our service employees. This service manager will also be responsible for managing the service budget as well as managing technicians. This manager must be able to determine the proper cost per repair, cost estimates, and calculate cost savings.
Experience in the dealership industry is a must. Dealertrack DMS knowledge is a plus but we will train if needed.

Compensation:$60,000 - $84,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Direct the filing of all automotive documents such as invoices, repair orders, and more within the service department
- Create positive morale among the car dealership service department team members
- Supervise automotive service, vehicle repair process, and department team members to ensure a quality service experience and a balanced budget
- Lead service employees on best practices for improving and conducting effective follow-up, and boosting customer satisfaction
- Expert-level knowledge in automotive products and technology, auto service employee capabilities, and car repairs is needed
- At least two years of experience as an automotive service advisor is necessary; experience in automotive service management preferred
- Dealertrack DMS experience is recommended
- Must provide proof of valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
