Responsibilities:
Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy
Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed
Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales
Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection
Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate customer database
Qualifications:
A valid state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory
Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs
Preferred sales associate experience within an auto dealership setting
