Job Description:
- This will be a 3 month assignment (might end sooner or go on longer than 3 months).
- This candidate will be expected to be on the hybrid Monday Wed Thursday.
- Business Travel: No Standard: 8-5pm with at least a 30 min lunch.
Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Specialist.
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Adobe campaign.
- This role involves leveraging Adobe Campaign Standard to deliver personalized customer experiences and drive business growth.
- You will lead the execution and continuous optimization of email marketing programs across Client ecommerce, nurture, and drip campaigns.
- This role is responsible for managing end-to-end campaign strategy—from creative build to segmentation to A/B testing and performance reporting.
- You will work cross-functionally to ensure all campaigns are timely, relevant, and data-driven, while also playing a key role in growing and maintaining a healthy, engaged subscriber base.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns including ecommerce promotions, business rewards and triggered workflows.
- Manage and optimize email database segmentation, and list growth strategies.
- Expertise level in building audiences within Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) and applying key data points to build out customized segmented lists for customized deployments.
- Develop and maintain customer journeys and audience workflows within Adobe.
- Execute ongoing A/B testing across subject lines, content, creative, and send timing to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor email KPIs (open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate), analyze campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Copywriter, Design Team, and Analytics,) to align campaigns with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage the campaign deployments within Adobe
- Create and distribute weekly reporting dashboards and performance recaps to stakeholders.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Creative Development
Creative build:
- Use KNAK online platform to build and QA email campaigns prior to moving campaign into Adobe platform.
- Once design is approved, configure, administer, and operate Adobe Campaign to build Multi-channel campaigns.
Adobe Campaign Implementation:
- Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Adobe Campaign Standard ensuring they meet client specifications and business needs.
Campaign Development:
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, including the creation of workflows, templates, and reports using Adobe Campaign Standard.
Data & Analytics:
- Data Integration: Work with data sources and ensure accurate and efficient data integration between Adobe Campaign, AEP, and other platforms to drive personalized marketing strategies.
Customization and Troubleshooting:
- Customize Adobe Campaign workflows, data models, and reports according to client requirements, and provide troubleshooting and resolution support for any technical issues.
Optimization & Reporting:
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, make data-driven optimizations, and provide detailed reports on key metrics and outcomes.
Other:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, create solution designs, and deliver actionable insights through campaigns.
Knowledge Sharing & Documentation:
- Maintain clear documentation for all implemented solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Assess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign development, with expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):
- Strong working knowledge of AEP and its integration with Adobe Campaign
- Campaign Configuration: Proficiency in configuring and implementing marketing workflows, email templates, and data integrations within Adobe Campaign.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in campaign execution and platform integrations.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:
- Adobe Campaign certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Campaign Classic) would be a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML and Javascript, as well as other web technologies
- Familiar with KNAK or similar email building platforms.
Education:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe.
