We, at Dental Associates of Connecticut, are seeking to add a professional, leadership-minded and ambitious full-time general dentist to our teams in Oxford and Prospect!

We employ dentists in the specialties of general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery and prosthodontics. Specific job responsibilities of general dentists include but are not limited to:
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Experience in completing direct restorations as well as indirect and high end cosmetic cases, including implant restoration
- Experience in handling dental trauma cases
- Experience in basic endodontic, oral surgical, and periodontal cases. Specialty referrals for complex cases.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead
- All systems are digital and cloud based to allow for intercommunication between offices
- Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service
- Expectation to stay up to date with current dental standards through continuing education and mentorship

Requirements
- DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
- Must have CT license and DEA certificate
- Competence in all facets of general dentistry
- Strong focus on clinical excellence
- Reliably commute to Oxford and Prospect or plan to relocate before starting work

- Dentrix Ascend software experience
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
