Overview:
The role of the Dental Practice Manager is to drive revenue growth, patient retention and Teambuilding for the dental office. The PM is responsible for best practices for patient acquisition and retention. The PM provides leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success. The PM supports and drives the DD’s mission and practice culture.
Responsibilities:
- Driving year over year revenue and practice growth
- Delivering a Perfect Patient Experience
- Work with staff to help develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning
- Assigns employees to specific duties and coordinates their schedules
- Displays independent judgment by the willingness to make timely and accurate decisions based on available information that is sometimes vague or limited in nature
- Strong sense of personal responsibility for tasks assigned; ability to work with others & accept direction
- Ability to lead a team, prioritize their duties, coach, mentor, train, write effective performance evaluations, conduct feedback and handle employee relations issues
- Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
- Detail-oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, self motivated proactive, customer service focused
- Ability to create presentations and use outstanding presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- One or more years of business and/or managerial experience
- Knowledge of Dental Plans, fees, general plan design, administrative guidelines, limitations and exclusions, reporting systems; business correspondence and business reporting techniques; and business principles of profit & loss statements
- Bilingual Spanish -English a must.

This is an hourly paid position with a max 40-hour schedule per week. Pay is commensurate with experience.
