We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established practice in Gaithersburg, MD. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication skills, and 3–5 years of clinical experience. This practice offers a dynamic, collaborative team environment with extensive support and advanced technology.
Practice Summary:
- Serving the community since 2011.
- 9 doctors and 4 hygienists.
- 22 operatories.
- Active patient base: 9,050.
- Average of 130 new patients per month.
- Payer mix: 20% fee-for-service / 80% PPO.
- Specialty services offered in-office: Orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics.
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm; Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active Maryland license in good standing.
- At least 3–5 years of clinical experience.
- Completion of a general dentistry residency program preferred.
- Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on comprehensive and preventive care.
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients effectively.
- Strong desire and willingness to continue learning and improving.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with patients.
