Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with our strong clinical team, to achieve efficient workflow in order to maintain a balanced work/life environment.
- Patient experience and relationship building, to give patients the comfort and understanding to build long term relationship.
- Continuing education and professional growth, to continue to stay up with technological advances.
- Provide evaluations and treatments for patients.
- Manage dental emergencies and special cases as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent patient communication skills, ensuring patients and their families feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment.
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to determine patient needs.
- Perform dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
- Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and be a licensed Endodontist in the state.
- Proficient in Evaluations, Root Canals, Endodontic Retreatments. Sedation licensed & Apicoectomy proficiency preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with referring doctors.
- Great Team mindset and a compassionate, patient centered care approach with a focus on improving the dental experience for patients.
- Knowledge of current dental technologies and techniques, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Schedule flexibility for emergency patients.

Pay: From $300,000.00 per year
