A Call Center Specialist takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services that our practice offers. Position Standards
- Report directly to the Call Center Team Lead.
- Answer every call the Practice receives (Front Line of the practice).
- Communicate to patients/families, answering their questions and responding with accurate information and ensuring positive customer service support.
- Communicate with patients/families through email and text messages as needed.
- Responsible for problem solving patient issues with regard to scheduling, cancellations, treatments, accounts, insurance, etc.
- Develop the practice-patient relationship from the very first phone call.
- Confirm all patient appointments.
- Communicate website capabilities in an efficient and innovative manner.
- Data entry and organization of information as it was submitted by patients/families.
- Complete documents as a result of the system processing.
- Communicate with affiliated health care organizations (Dental Practices).
Salary : $28,000 - $42,000
