Dr. Hernandez is looking to expand and hire a motivated, team player for our Lead Dental Assistant position. We are looking to add a teammate who excels at communication, enjoys educating patients, is looking to expand their skillset, can pay close attention to detail, and possesses the ability to critical think and come up with solutions.
Job responsibilities include abiding by OSHA standards, sterilizing instruments and rooms, and setting up for dental procedures. An EFDA would be responsible for assisting the doctor through dental procedures including restorative dentistry, crowns and fillings, extractions, root canals, dental implants, full mouth rehabilitation cases, triaging emergencies, impressions, etc. Radiology certifications would allow individuals to take any necessary x-rays prescribed by the doctor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
- dental office: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
