Cheer Assistant Coach

Description

Denver Christian High School Thunder is hiring an Assistant Cheerleading Coach will assist the Varsity Head Coach and will serve as the administration coordinator for the entire cheer program at DC.  The Assistant Coach will also work with the JV Coach on administrative and organizational coordination in order to provide a seamless experience for athletes in either program. The person in this position must have strong administrative and organizational skills.  While it is preferable that the assistant coach have a cheer background with previous coaching experience, this role will include proactively coordinating the administrative and organizational aspects of the cheer program.  The assistant coach must have a strong desire to work alongside the Varsity Head Coach to invest in the spiritual and personal growth of the team.

Requirements

• BA degree in education or related field preferred.

• Coaching experience at the high school level preferred.

• Middle School and High School teaching positions are also available but must be applied for separately

Salary : $2,000
