What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified or Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor position at Denver Recovery Group, LLC?
MUST BE Licensed CAT/CAS; LAC/LCSW/LPC
This position is On-Sight at the Craig Clinic 552 Breeze Street
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include providing direct/indirect therapy services to outpatients who require or will benefit from therapy skills and interventions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Provides individual and group services.
Provides case management services to coordinate care with primary care doctors, other prescribing physicians, probation, parole, child/adult services, and other supporting services
Maintain client records and other data as required by regulatory agencies promptly.
Treatment Planning: Applies assessment, evaluation, and reassessment data to the formulation of treatment plans. Supports recovery principles by incorporating the individual's and their family's (when applicable) strengths, barriers, and needs into the plan components. Documents problem statements and treatment goals/objectives/discharge plans that are written in clear and understandable language and include clients' own words. Formulates measurable, achievable goals and objectives within the scope of treatment provided in collaboration with the client. Describes clinical modalities/interventions that are responsible and provided according to applicable protocols. Reassess treatment effectiveness and adapt treatment plan as needed in collaboration with the individual client and treatment team.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time - potentially move to Full-Time (FTE will be 6:00am - 2:30pm)
Monday to Friday 7:00 am -12:00 pm

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
