Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily building and grounds inspections.
- Handle general repairs, routine maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support snow removal, landscaping, and playground upkeep.
- Maintain HVAC, smart building systems, and equipment.
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Participate in the Admin Team, Buildings & Grounds, and Emergency Response.
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, or landscaping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed).
