Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, including monitoring CCTV systems for security purposes.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
- Document incidents and maintain accurate reports regarding juvenile behavior and facility operations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills related to juvenile rehabilitation and safety protocols.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in law enforcement or related fields is preferred.
Proven experience or training in conflict management, first aid, CPR, and report writing.
Ability to work effectively within a militarized environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail for monitoring juvenile behavior and facility security.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with juveniles, staff, and external agencies.
Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
Must pass drug screen as required by state regulations.
Must have a valid drivers license.
