As a Government Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contracting process within the Department of The Navy. Your duties will include developing solicitations and contract documentation, performing cost/price analysis and negotiations, and awarding and administering contracts. You will also serve as an advisor to senior management on contractual matters and provide guidance on government contracting principles and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
• At least one year of specialized experience in professional contracting or procurement work
• Strong understanding of government contracting principles and procedures
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
