Job Summary
This position is key to implementing and certifying the connectivity service for our clients. If you enjoy starting up projects and conducting the implementation – this position is for you. The Implementation Client Manager will own the client implementation process from end-to-end, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout and ensuring the implementation is completed within the established timeline and all requirements are met. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client implementations at once, so strong project management and organizational skills are key. You will interface across the organization, including with sales, client management, solution engineering, engineering, product and support team.
Implementation Client Manager is responsible for project implementation. Project implementation includes connection setup, testing, data gathering, debugging, issue research, resolution, escalation, piloting and documentation of test cases, issues, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Set up and certify new connections in the test and production environment. Develop test scenarios, perform testing, data gathering, debugging, issue research, resolution or escalation.
- Test and certify existing connections with enhanced functionalities.
- Document all testing, issues, and solutions as implementations proceed.
- Monitor DerbySoft system performance during pilot period.
- Respond to technical questions and issues regarding DerbySoft products, specifications and system architecture during implementation.
Experience and Skills
- College degree or relevant experience required.
- Strong experience working with technical focused personnel.
- Knowledge of XML/JSON
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solving and detail-oriented thinking are required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Tasks are performed with minimum supervision.
- Able to work independently/a self-starter.
