As a Graphic Designer, you will be entrusted with evolving our brand visuals while ensuring alignment with global brand standards. What You’ll Do:

Branding & Design

  • Ensure adherence to brand and retailer style guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute full campaigns ensuring cross-channel continuity.
  • Interpret and apply creative compositions and layouts for promotional displays, signage, and in-store settings.
  • Determine suitable style, technique, and medium for graphics and store-level events.
  • Provide tailored graphic solutions to local market needs.
  • Understand graphic applications, dielines, planograms, and product specifics.
  • Design and create corporate communications, including PowerPoint templates, mockups, printed materials, lettering, and other graphic materials for various purposes.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing leads, Visual Managers, and the Visual Merchandising Director to develop and execute design concepts.
  • Lead design proposals and engage in design discussions, making necessary adjustments.
  • Participate in weekly creative department status updates and work closely with other creative teams.

Project Management

  • Deliver all projects within set deadlines.
  • Organize, catalog, and prioritize artwork files, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Prepare print-ready files for retail signage and collaborate with print vendors for timely project production.
  • Conduct stock image searches and online research as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or point-of-purchase (POP) display design.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to address feedback constructively and offer innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, balancing creativity with practicality.
  • Solid understanding of typography and core graphic design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with color printing systems and a keen eye for details.
  • Strong problem-solving prowess paired with imaginative thinking.

  • Competitive Compensation: Expected base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget.
