The Dermalogica Global Marketing team is in search of a creative, enthusiastic, and diligent Global Product Innovation Intern. You will work directly with the Global Product Innovation team to assist in the development of products and campaigns, assist in managing new launches, and support the team with day-to-day functions. This is a part-time paid internship. Candidates for this internship must reside locally to be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, product introduction, and promotional programs.
- management of China registration and go-to-market projects
- Initiate documents necessary to the launch development process
- Assist in managing artwork updates
- Conduct competitive product and positioning analysis
- Organize, label, and distribute comps and lab samples
- Participate in innovation brainstorm meetings
- Strong interest in the skincare, health, and beauty industries; experience in one or more of these industries preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and execute tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Speaks Chinese/Mandarin
- MBA a plus
