We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dental care with a personal touch.

We’re seeking an RDA who is:

- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Clinical Support:
- Assist the dentist chairside during various general and specialty procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.)
- Anticipate doctor’s needs during treatment to ensure efficiency and comfort for patients
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos as needed
- Maintain and organize a clean, sterile operatory in compliance with OSHA standards
Patient Interaction:
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain treatment steps in a friendly and reassuring manner
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions clearly and thoroughly
- Ensure patient comfort and provide emotional support when needed
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Accurately chart treatment and update patient records in Eaglesoft or similar software
- Monitor and restock inventory and operatory supplies
- Maintain sterilization protocols and equipment maintenance logs
- Support front office and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California
- Valid X-ray license and CPR certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a dental assistant
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Eaglesoft knowledge is a plus (but not required)
