Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need of care within the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate medical personnel
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare settings such as medical-surgical, geriatrics, or outpatient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (e.g., PICU, OR)
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in CPR and First Aid and DCW is preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.35 - $17.00 per hour
