JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Potential candidate must be sales oriented and customer focused.
- Sales associate must possess the skills to build a trustworthy relationship with customers in order to achieve sales goals and represent the store in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business.
- Recommend merchandise based on customer's needs and preferences, also must be up to date with current trends in luxury products and fashion.
- Answer questions and provide information on products. On job training will be provided.
- Assists in display of product to provide an attractive visual display for the store
- General knowledge in preparing sales transaction on POS and accept payment in cash or credit card.
- Prior experience in retail sales and/or optical sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must stay up to date on current fashion trend and luxury product.
- Must be fluent in English and knowledge of spoken Spanish will be a plus.
- Generous starting hourly rate plus commission based on sales target.
- Health, Dental and Vision Insurance after 3 months probation for full-time employees.
- Room for advancement.
