Come work on the beautiful gulf of Mexico in a busy vacation rental condominium, seeking a FULL TIME Front Desk Reservationist.
This job entails the right candidate to be able to multi-task, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Taking New Reservations
Checking Guests in and out
Answering multi-line phone system
Manage reservations
Make check-in packets
Greet guests
Handle money
Respond to emails, VRBO inquiries, & Trip Adviser inquiries
Handle payment transactions
Send Availability emails
Keep work space organized and clean
Customer Service Skills
Contact Late arrivals
Maintain housekeeping records
Handle mail
Maintain office cleanliness
Create maintenance work orders
Assist owners
