About The Role

Det-Tronics is seeking a strategic and technically savvy Manager of Project Management to lead our global PM team in delivering custom-engineered industrial safety systems. This role is central to our double-digit growth strategy, driving excellence in project execution, systems integration, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll oversee complex, multi-technology projects that protect lives and assets in hazardous environments—ensuring technical, schedule, and financial success across global deployments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing global PM team
• Oversee delivery of integrated fire and gas detection systems
• Drive project rigor, tool adoption, and process consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Ops & Manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with global safety standards (FM, UL, ATEX)
• Report on KPIs, utilization, and financial metrics
• Engage with international customers and stakeholders

What You Bring

• BS/BA in Engineering or Project Management
• 7 years in PM, customer service, or proposal engineering
• Experience with industrial safety systems or system integration
• Familiarity with J.D. Edwards ERP and PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira)
• Global project experience and cultural fluency
• Multilingual communication skills a plus
