Key Responsibilities
Translate User Stories
- Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into detailed test cases to ensure all features meet business requirements and user expectations with precision
Develop Comprehensive Regression Suites
- Create and maintain regression test suites that are strategically aligned with maintenance releases to protect the integrity of existing functionalities while facilitating the introduction of new features
Conduct Diverse Testing
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system performance and reliability (your thorough testing approach will be crucial in identifying and mitigating potential issues proactively)
Document and Manage Defects
- Utilize Azure DevOps to effectively log testing results and document any defects or issues identified during testing (this meticulous record-keeping will support ongoing evaluations and facilitate swift resolution)
Facilitate UAT Cycles
- Actively participate in user acceptance testing cycles, gathering and analyzing feedback to ensure robust product performance
- Conduct post-deployment checks to confirm that systems operate as intended in the live environment
Collaborate Across Teams
- Engage closely with Administrators and Developers to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment throughout the development and testing processes (your collaborative efforts will enhance the overall quality of our deliverables)
Enhance QA Processes
- Proactively recommend improvements to our quality assurance methodologies and identify automation opportunities (your insights will contribute to more efficient testing workflows and elevate our QA standards)
Skills
- 3 years of QA experience (2 years in Salesforce)
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps Test Plans
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration
- Excellent documentation and defect-writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Experience with UAT/release management
- Familiarity with automation tools
- Background in healthcare
