ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Spa Coordinator will be the face of the spa, responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and guests, managing the daily operations of the spa, and supporting the spa team in delivering a serene and rejuvenating experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments using spa software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding spa inquiries and bookings.
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and transactions, ensuring accurate billing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Ensure the availability of spa amenities, including towels, beverages, and products.
- Monitor spa inventory and communicate with the Spa Manager to reorder supplies as needed.
- Provide information about spa services, promotions, and membership perks.
- Assist with administrative duties, including updating records and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with the spa team to maintain a high standard of service and exceed member expectations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or associates degree
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Working knowledge of computers and excel software application
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills
