Overview

As a production engineer, you are responsible for designing & implementing technical solutions and configuring applications in different environments in response to business problems. With the partial/full ownership of production platforms, you are required to ensure environment stability, expeditious and timely resolution of production issues, ensuring minimal downtimes, and continuity of services. You will also investigate, propose, and implement various solutions, standardizing where possible, to ensure stability and reliability of the application platforms. In this role you may need to lead delivery of other members of the team and control their work where applicable.

Skills You'll Need

• Experience with Informatica 10.2, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, XML/files processing, relational databases, Java Message Service (JMS)/ Message Queue (MQ), MS SQL Server, Oracle 12

• Exposure on Agile methodologies

• Familiarity with data warehousing finance applications development utilizing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools

• Experience in the design, development, optimization and should have good understanding of ETL design patterns along with the integration using SSH file transfer protocol (SFTP), Application Programming Interface (API), etc

• Ability to work independently and effectively

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $85,000 to $120,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
