Overview
Within the Regulatory Reporting Operations role, you will be directly involved in regulatory reporting. This reporting includes but is not limited to Swaps, Volcker, Electronic Blue sheets, Client Audit Trail System, and Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE). You will be responsible for the daily monitoring of controls focused on the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform day to day controls across multiple regulatory reporting requirements
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across many divisions of the Bank (Investment Bank, Corporate Bank (CB), Compliance, Risk, Finance) to complete exception root cause analysis and then prioritize and drive remediation efforts
Drive and implement change by identifying control gaps and improving existing controls
Acts as overflow support and provides coverage for other team members as needed
Work with management to establish adequate metrics and produce monthly management information systems (MIS)
Your Skills and Experience:
Experience within investment banking most notably operations or middle office and a focus on regulatory reporting requirements of trade/transaction details
A high level of interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think laterally around issues and proposing solutions
Ability to work independently to high standards and under strong time constraints
