As a Program Manager, you'll work onsite in Lakewood from 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, guiding a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about creating a culture rooted in Dedication, Dignity, Respect and Choice.

Are you the Program Manager for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities we're looking for?
To thrive as a Manager at Developmental Disabilities Resource Center, a combination of educational qualifications, hands-on experience, and essential skills is crucial. A BA/BS degree in a related field or a blend of education and experience is required, along with two years of paid or volunteer experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred. A solid working knowledge of program planning and development is vital for success in this role. Additionally, you must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team member, providing support while also ensuring safety and well-being.
Physical capabilities are essential, including the ability to safely lift, pivot, transfer, and assist individuals across various settings. Your commitment to maintaining a safe environment will complement your organizational skills and drive the quality of care provided.
