Description
Devereux Arizonas Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) Program serves adults, age 18 and older, who are living with serious mental health challenges, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Many of the adults we serve experience regular visual and auditory hallucinations, as well as delusional thinking patterns that interfere with their ability to live independently and complete daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation and housekeeping. Individuals live in a foster care setting that provides them with the support and training they need to develop these skills.
Reporting to the Clinical Program Manager, the Foster Care Coordinator maintains and delivers high quality therapeutic services to TFC Individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral complications. This position provides supervision and clinical oversight to Therapeutic Home Specialists. The Foster Care Coordinator also provides clinical oversight, support, and intervention to the Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC Individuals as needed.
Salary: $45,000 - $49,500
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with rotating on-call

Qualifications
Required Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
AZ behavioral health licensure a plus
Three (3) years of work experience in foster care or behavioral health related field
Supervisory experience required
OTHER:
Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions ( or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
Must attend New Hire Orientation (paid) Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
