Base pay $16.60/hr. Could reach as high as $19.42/hr with 7 years experience and a bachelors degree.

Monday - Friday from 5:30a - 1:30pm

We are looking for an extraordinary Housekeeping Professional to maintain a neat, clean in-patient residential environmenthere on our gorgeous campus in Rutland, Massachusetts. The right person will be part of a team that maintains a clean and safe environment for clients and fellow employees.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Regularly requires walking and standing ½ to ¾ of the workday; ¼ to ½ of the workday sitting. Frequently requires stooping, bending, kneeling, repetitive hand/wrist movement. Ability to lift 50-100 LBS and operate heavy equipment (vacuum cleaner, shampoo machine, buffing machine, etc). Regular use of protective gloves and closed toe shoes. Requires regular need for visual and hearing acuity. Significant and frequent use of physical requirements associated with verbal and written communication. Must be free of dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants, or other chemical substances or controlled substances

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license required

• Ablility to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to work on feet 95% of the day and perform repetitive motion

• Previous experience in housekeeping/maintenance preferred
