What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workers' Compensation Counsel position at Devine Management Consulting, LLC?

Location: Hybrid - working onsite and remote
Responsibilities
- Responsible litigation matters for wages and worker comp issues
- Class actions cases
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Assist with compliance related to labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for client representation.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active California State License
- 1 year of experience with worker's comp
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment law principles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients and a strong understanding of technology and writing skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
