Position: Contract manager

Location: Boston, MA- Onsite
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the central intake point for all contract requests
- Assess contract needs and determine complexity
- Select appropriate contract templates and draft agreements
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate simple contracts
- Coordinate complex contracts with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and business teams
- Identify risk, ambiguity, and negotiation opportunities in contract language
- Ensure contracts comply with organizational policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals
- Maintain accurate contract storage and archiving
- Support process improvements and contract operations initiatives
