Job Title: Remarketing Analyst
Location: Lewisville, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-6 months contract to start
Pay Rate: $20-23/hr.
Job Summary:
The Remarketing Analyst supports the Remarketing Manager and works at major auction sites. This role focuses on making sure vehicles are processed and sold according to company agreements and policies. It requires independent decision-making and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure inspection guidelines are followed by outside inspection vendors.
- Review vendor invoices each month for accuracy and recommend payments outside standard agreements.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for inspection vendors.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure inspections are accurate and completed on time.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in remarketing, automotive, or auctions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Solid computer skills to handle multiple tasks and processes.
- Background in customer service with experience handling disputes and escalations.
- Strong negotiation, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
