Overview : We are seeking an Occupancy Planner to join our team. This role will involve the daily management of space allocation, space audits, and coordination with various departments to ensure optimal use of workspaces. The ideal candidate will have experience with space planning, CAFM systems, and the ability to manage tasks independently while being proactive in the field for audits and space verification.
Key Responsibilities :
- Space Allocation Management :
- Update space types and space name changes.
- Allocate spaces for employees, ensuring accurate assignment and functionality.
- Serve as the point of contact for administrators regarding space requests and minor employee moves (300 or fewer employees).
- Space Audits & Fieldwork :
- Conduct field audits to verify that spaces are being used according to allocation.
- Track and audit current space usage, ensuring optimal space efficiency.
- New Hire Onboarding :
- Collaborate with managers to allocate appropriate workspace for new hires.
- Internal System Audits and Clean-up :
- Audit and clean up internal systems related to space allocation to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
- Ongoing Communication :
- Maintain regular communication with teams to ensure space requests are processed efficiently and employees are properly allocated to workspaces.
