Job Description:
Are you a dynamic individual looking to join a vibrant team? Metro by T-Mobile is seeking enthusiastic individuals, 18 years and older, to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting customers with their mobile phone needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and account changes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in setting up basic phone features and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Must be willing to work weekends and have a flexible schedule, working 4-5 days a week for 36-45 hours.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish preferred).
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- We provide training; prior knowledge of basic phone setup is a plus.
