We offer a revolutionary pay plan that will guarantee $800 per week salary/$41,600 per year! Plus, employee sales & service discounts, a complete benefits package that includes medical/dental insurance, 401k plans along with a bonus incentive plan that could earn you up to an additional $12,000 PLUS Manufacturer’s Bonuses. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

· Assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget. 

· Qualifying customer for any incentives/promotions as part of the appointment process. 

· Improving the quality of the sales process by focusing on customer satisfaction. 

· Maintaining a high ethical standard in all actions, appearance and manner both online and in the showroom. 

· Working closely with all team members to insure a positive buying experience for all our customers. 

Principal Requirements: 

· Candidates should be committed to the job and our customers’ needs. 

· Candidates should have strong oral and written communication skills. 

· Candidates should have strong organizational skills and an eye for details. 

· Candidates should have a positive attitude and be motivated to achieve set goals. 

· Candidate should have experience with internet search engines and basic word processing programs. 

· Candidates should have previous retail or sales experience, but not a must. 

· Candidates must be able to work well as a member of a team. 

· Candidates must be able to work Saturdays and several evenings a week. 

· Candidates must possess a valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record. 

· Candidates must be able to pass a company required drug screening
