Texas-based, growing law firm, in North Dallas, is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented, construction litigation associate to join their burgeoning litigation practice. This is a challenging litigation position.
Their trial lawyers are proved litigators, offering powerful advocacy and strategic representation in courthouses throughout Texas and beyond.

Salary: $150,000-$180,000 DOE
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Defend construction defect cases for both general contractor and subcontractor clients.
- Significant responsibility, including motions, discovery, case management and development of litigation strategy.
- Will litigate significant, high-exposure cases against accomplished opponents alongside seasoned trial attorneys who will encourage you to develop your skills.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing.
- Significant trial and litigation experience is a plus!
- State & Federal Courts.
- 5-10 years experience in construction litigation.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
